1) Best Employer of the Year:

This award has been given for the first time in the history of Tanzania by TPAWU

(Tanzania Plantation and Agricultural Workers Union). Kiliflora was selected as the best

employer of the year among all industries in Tanzania.

The award was handed over by the Hon. President of Tanzania, Mr. Benjamin Mkapa and received by our Director, Mr. Jerome Bruins.

2) Testimonial of Excellence:

Kiliflora was awarded the testimonial of excellence certificate by the Tanzania Plantation

and Agricultural Workers Union (TPAWU) for having complied with freedom of association

and collective bargaining at the workplace.

3) Gold and Silver Medals at Rostock Exhibition:

Kiliflora earned many Gold and Silver medals at the flower exhibition held at IGA Rostock

in 2003.
